We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Visa Electron.
All orders are billed in Pounds Sterling.
Availability of Stock
All orders are subject to product availability and limited stock. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail and will have the option to either wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. We will verify your payment information with your card issuer before your order is dispatched. Failure to provide correct billing information or correct card security information will delay your order. Please ensure the billing address provided is the address registered with your card issuer. The card security code from the back of your card is required with all orders; this is the group of three digits printed on the reverse of the card. All orders are subject to satisfactory security checking.
Placing Order and Contract Information
For avoidance of doubt, the advertisements appearing in this site constitute an invitation to treat. If you wish to purchase goods from us you should order by adding the item to your cart and completing billing and shipping details as prompted at this site. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or that we are guaranteeing supply. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). On placing your order payment may be automatically taken from you, however, this will not be processed until the contract is formed. The contract is formed by sending (and not the receipt) of the dispatch confirmation and these terms will not be affected by any typographical error on the part of the customer or the failure to provide a valid email address. If your order is not accepted we will cancel your order and refund any payment via the original payment method, or by cheque at our discretion. We reserve the right for some prices to differ to our in-store prices due to online promotions or postage and packaging costs.
Website Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of those which have already been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a products correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Delivery charges will be applied during Check Out. Payment cannot be made via cheque or cash only by credit or debit card and PayPal.
Right to Cancel
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.
Returns Policy & Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. All goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. When trying on goods that may be returned please take care. Once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit. When returning any item please quote your original orders number in the return. If you are in the UK please contact us for a return label. Exchanges will be generated and despatched to the same UK delivery address with no additional postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. Damages and Faults
Please check goods before signing for them and record on the carriers manifest if there is any damage. Please note failure to record any damage at the time of signing for it will result in subsequent claims for damaged goods being refused. Once signed this is accepted as Proof of Delivery, confirming all goods have arrived safely with no damages. Claims of damage or pilferage must be notified in writing both in the couriers manifest and to the company within 3 days of delivery. Claims cannot be accepted outside these time limits. Packaging must be retained for investigation. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation. Our policy is that faulty goods under a 1 year warranty must be returned to our store for an evaluation with a valid proof of purchase, once confirmed faulty the postage incurred within the UK will be reimbursed at Standard Royal Mail Rates with an exchange or a refund on the goods. The cost of returning non-faulty goods is not covered under warranty and must be met by yourself. We will of course send out any repaired / replaced goods free of any carriage charge. If faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first - for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to process dirty products
Laws and Jurisdiction
All dealings between you and this shop will be governed by the laws of England and Wales in the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.
We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. We will make it our priority to deal with any complaints via email, telephone or letter. Sam Turner & Sons is a family business and have very high standards and will do their best to maintain it.
